Sole designer for a custom PC company, owning product UX through brand. Designed and shipped a component-level custom PC configurator, and redesigned the homepage to guide both first-time buyers and enthusiasts toward the right build. Also leads growth and brand work, including conversion and SEO, campaign landing pages, and brand guidelines that keep the website, Newegg listings, and storefront consistent.

Partnered with a PM and two developers to redesign the vendor-matching intake flow for a live B2B platform. Rebuilt the desktop-first tool around a primarily mobile user base as a streamlined, dynamic form with clear step progress. The design direction was approved and handed off to engineering, and the client reported form completion rising from roughly 55% to 72% after launch.
